I saw this trending on Facebook. I noticed how most of the posts about were people saying things like "I support gun ownership, BUT..."

Yeah, no buts about it.

Its not an AOW because when its unfolded and ready to fire it looks enough like a gun.


At any rate a Ruger LCP costs $160 less and carries more than 3 times the ammo so other than the novelty factor (which isn't a bad thing) I don't see the point.

**I can't find anything that defines what an AOW is that doesn't look like a gun or if it has to look like a gun all the time. I did find that the people that made the Stinger pen gun got a letter from the ATF saying it wasn't an AOW because it had to be folded to function and when folded it looked like a gun. The letter was written about 1990.**

I want a $5 dollar stamp but I am to too cheap to spend much more than 300 dollars to get it. I'ld make one but then it's back to a $200 stamp. This cell phone gun looks like it might get me that stamp.

What kind of battery life does it have? I'd hate to need it and have a dead battery.

I can appreciate the work he put into making this, but with only 2 shots I think I'd rather get a derringer in 9mm or .38 and keep it in my pocket. Or get a LCP and a wallet holster to have the extra capacity.
