What is the I.D. Of the gas tube hole in a A2 F marked FSB ?

I have no idea what it is but I'm curious to know why you are asking?
EDIT: I misread your first statement. I thought you were asking the ID of the gas tube itself.
If you just want a ball park number, the gas tube is about .180" so the hole it fits in is probably a couple of thousandths over that.

I need to thread the hole & use a screw to hold the front hand guard plate in place for a faux dissipator.
So now, what machine screw size is .180" ?
#12 x 24 threads per inch uses a tap drill size of .177 or #16 drill bit for 66% thread.
#12 x 28 threads per inch uses a tap drill size of .180 or #15 drill bit for 70% thread.
