I would call that 3 1/2 minutes assuming it is quartering and not full.
I used to shoot service rifle competitions out there long ago. Miss it.

We all sucked, some more than others.

Based on the scores and redacted names it must have been a difficult day.

I am sure you probably have shot with most if not all of the Masters and High Masters shooting there today and know who they are, it is just not my business to post other peoples names on the net without their consent. That and it helps conceal how bad I actually sucked. Funny thing is I felt the most competent and comfortable with the 600 yard prone out there on Saturday even with the wind but my scores do not reflect it.
Shooting expert in that wind is real good.
You can see offhand was tough with the wind. Standing up while trying to keep a big sail from moving is hard stuff. You can also see the 600 line struggled a bit. I'm sure there was a lot of horizontal stinging.
Frozen Chosin in WY last year was tough. 30-40mph winds is tough to hold a rifle steady.
I shot a long range match here in Cheyenne yesterday. The top sustained wind speed was 45 mph. One shooter hit the 835yd target both times in 40mph wind using a 7SAUM. Needless to say it was a challenging day. I was shooting a 308, and was holding 4 mils wind and still missed the 835 target. Need to get that 6.5 Creedmoor built soon.
Yesterdays silhouette match at Aurora Gun Club had a fair bit of wind too, but certainly not that bad. At the worst moments, I'd figure it was blowing 2 minutes left at Rams. We'll be out at CRC next sunday.
