I got her home about a month ago and figured I should share a pic or two with you guys. This is my new .300 Weatherby built on a Bighorn action. Mark Chanlynn built the barrel, it's 26" fluted with a shrewd brake. A jewel trigger rides inside surrounded by HS Precision bottom metal with a detachable mag. The stock is a Manners elite hunter finished in desert hunter. It's not pictured but I topped it with a Leupold VX-7 2.5-10x44. I've ran about twenty rounds through it just working on breaking it in and so far she shoots like a dream.

Very nice. I'm not so patiently waiting on BigHorn TL3 action and a Manners T3 stock that I'll deliver to Mark for one of his barrels and for him to build the rifle. Probably be Aug before I get all the pieces.

What kind of turnaround did you have?

The stock from Manners held up the whole project. I bought my action from Third Gen Shooter Supply as they had it in stock and Mark was just getting ready to run .30 Cal barrels. I ordered my stock from Manners Aug. 4th and their 16-20 week turnaround didn't arrive until the 2nd of March. Once Mark had the stock in hand he was finished with everything in about 2 or three weeks.

The day I picked up my rifle from Mark we discussed another caliber for the AR platform and so he is currently working on another barrel for me. So I should be headed up there sometime in Aug. To pick up another rifle.

They must be learning. They quoted me six months. Love their stocks but time management isn't one of their strong suits.
