I like dealing with Mike at Bowers whenever I can catch him. It's frustrating when I drive over there (30 miles for me) and when he says he will be open a 2:00 and I get there at 2:30 or 3:00 the door is still locked and I've made the drive for nothing and he doesn't answer his cell phone when he's not there. I realize he has a another job but just wish he could be at the shop when he says he will. I won't order on line from him since being in the same state I'd end up payin shipping and taxesl.

Just stopped by there this afternoon. Great guys, very helpful and friendly. A big +1 for Mike and the guys. Picked up a few parts and P-Mags. I'll definitely be getting my AR parts/accessories from them from now on, especially since I won't have to pay for shipping. I understand the OPs frustration but you gotta realize that this is a part time, on the side business for these guys.

Stopped by there today and Ron (?) helped with all my questions, great to chat with them and explore even more options for a couple of my handguns.

I stopped by there today for the 1st time. It was the 4th shop of the day, I'd been to looking for some parts. Wow, he was very helpful and was the only shop that had what I wanted and went further to take the time to find out what crazy idea I had going and suggested a better idea. This will be my 1st shopping option from now on. So, if your on my shopping list you know where your stuff is coming from. Mike is helpful without the attitude. It's very important to me to deal with genuine people. I will now drive by 3 shops to get to Bowers Tactical. It's a small shop with a surprising amount of good stuff. Well, at least the kind of stuff I like :)

Great place going in on Tuesday for a sling and to get eotech mounted.
These guys rock. Excellent customer service & excellent prices. Even for a small store, they have a lot to offer for inventory. When they go on-line with their FFL, I plan to do even more business there. +1 for Rob, that guy's always on his "A" game.

These are they types of shops we need to support. I've been through this before. There used to be specialty shops for fly fishing all over the Denver metro area and then some. gander, bass pro, sportsman all move in undercut the specialty stores and then they are all gone. Ever go into gander and ask about a firearm? I have and they won't ever get a fricken penny from me again. It's like talking to a mentally handicapped teenager with an attitude at places like that.
I went into the shop for the first time the other day. They know what they're talking about, they carry parts that work instead of carrying the garbage for the masses, and they are local. I should have found them sooner. It would have saved me a lot of pain and Internet searching for parts for a current build.
First visit today...should have made it in sooner, great shop. Mike, Rob, pleasure to meet you both and a privilege to shake a hand.
Special call-out to you Rob, thanks for "handling an AR rookie" with legitimate customer-care. I appreciated you taking the time to help me with the sling purchase specifically.

Damn bowers tactical, For being in Denver. I love that place but its to far for me. Now it's a mandatory stop when I'm in the metro area. Great prices, good selection of things I need.

Rob is an artist with a dremel and a soldering iron. Here's a crappy pic of what he did to my new G19. Its 100% better, and that's not even counting the trigger. Rob removed the finger grooves, enlarged the thumb channels, notched and smoothed the rear of the trigger guard then stippled the whole thing. Came out even better than I expected.

And then the trigger...wow. The reset is amazing. I didn't know what a good trigger felt like until I felt this.
I can't wait to shoot it this weekend.

Love your avatar. I was rewatching his older movies on netflix the other night. Mifune was a bad man, Japan had Clint Eastwood before we even knew what an Eastwood was.
Wish I had caught this thread yesterday before I made an online order. It would have been a longer drive, but I had a rare free weekend afternoon.
I've dealt with them a couple of times. Rob and Mike are both very knowledgeable and willing to help. Great little shop.
WOW! That looks great, even with the poor quality picture. I have a good friend of mine who stipples his Glocks and really loves the feel. Rob does a great job on everything he touches, at least from what I've personally seen. I plan on picking up a model 19 here in the near future, perhaps I may have to see about getting this done to mine as well. Thanks for sharing the pic! [Beer]

These guys are fantastic...bought a FSB, they installed it, my barrel, and all other related parts onto my Upper receiver for me. All this labor, just for the price of the FSB. UNBELIEVABLE customer service. I'll be doing business here from now on. My noobie had to show like a cheap suit, and never once in my 3 visits have they treated me in any other way than a VALUED customer. Why can't all businesses treat their customers this way?

Got my Alpha Rail from these guys. They installed it and are always very helpful when I have a question. Great shop.
Great dealings with them!
I work less than a mile away from Bowers and for whatever reason, just stumbled upon their shop a few weeks ago. Needless to say, I've been in there quite a bit recently. These guys are the real deal; they have a bunch of stuff in stock and at normal prices. Rob is fantastic; he did a bunch of work on a new build I'm into and the price was beyond reasonable. They have definitely earned my trust and business! I couldn't give a stronger recommendation and this is my new shop of choice.
Mike and Rob are the real deal. Best shop in the Denver metro IMHO.

Seriously, I love this place. Great people to deal with (even though I am clearly a newb), and what seems like a personal commitment to not hop on the "raise prices to infinity because we can" bandwagon. This shop WILL be at the forefront of my mind for my next firearms purchase, and I know that I will have to be patient because stock may not last long and it's not easy for me to get here often. I wish you guys continued success!

Was there Tuesday Paul threw my upper back together for me (no vise block for upper) $25 bucks changed the barrel, aligned my new Midwest Ind free float with new barrel nut, new gas block, and ready to go shooting now. I also picked up a few little things I didn't need LOL but you cannot resist when your looking around everything they have. Those guys rock!
Stopped in today for a small purchase. Rob and Mike are always pleasant and easy to deal with. My wife even enjoyed looking over the inventory. Mike and Rob patiently explained the different velcro patches on the wall and Mike even pulled down one of the "Magic School Bus" patches for her to look at [LOL]
It was nice to see the store had plenty of customers. Great place to shop for anything AR, Glock, or just tacticool.
I was there today also. We must have just missed each other.
Bowers is the place to go in the Denver area for all of your AR needs. They have plenty of other stuff too... firearms, gear, holsters, magazines, ammo, etc.
I agree with all that has been said. Being newer to this walking into a shop can make you feel out of place. The guys at Bowers are more than happy to talk shop and share ideas without ever making you feel like a newbie. Great guys. Also really like that their prices are in line.
I got myself into a problem with my AR-15 barrel after 7 layers of stupid on my part. Rob fixed me up quick this morning. + 1000 for Bowers!
Robs back? That's good to hear!
I can't say enough about bowers tactical. those guys are great. There knowledge has been very helpful in the past
Another great experience here last Saturday , super busy but still took the time to be helpful .

The Titan monkey is the best part of going to Bowers. No offense to Mike or Rob, but they just don't cuddle like Titan does.

Good shop!!
They don't sell a bunch of crap and the guys are men of there words.
Got a chance to stop in to look for a new rail. Ended up buying a rail, sold to me and installed by Rob. Got a ton of good information for different options on a new build from everyone in the shop while I waited. Good times!
Guys at Bowers hooked it up! Great job by Sean (Shawn?) In doing a once over for a friend's moving away rifle. http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20160324/f656c9658d3308d73bc4278048ef3729.jpg

Tru dat!! :D I've been known to drop by just to see the pooch, if he's not there I leave LOL.
Bonus-today I got to see Titan as well as shake Rob's hand and wish him well. Good way to make a good day even better.

Love to hate these guys.
I went in for one thing, a simple little castle nut. And left with a new Sig red dot to replace the Eotech. I knew that money wouldn't last long. The good news is it was half the price so I can still get something else for another rifle.

Bowers Tactical and their Staff are AWESOME!!! The crew there has a great knowledge base to help you get the right stuff for whatever your shooting needs are. I am surprised that they don't get more customers given the value of service and knowledge they offer.

Had a great experience with Bowers today. Called and had questions about stock; got all questions answered. Came in later and they helped me get what I needed and answered more questions. Nice guys, helpful, and efficient. Highly recommend.
It’s a blessing and a curse living close to Bowers! If I can’t find what I originally go in for I rarely leave without something else LOL.
