My wife has a booth set up today so I'll be there helping her.

If any of you happen to be there, stop by and say hello.

She is set up just to the south of some sort of trampoline thing with four trampolines. We have a blue shade canopy and she will have soap and other homemade bath and body products set out on her tables.

Shoot me a PM if you need my number.

I was wondering when it was. I haven't been since 13' when I put my Corvette in the car show.

I'll try and swing by.

So, is this a car show or more?

More. It's a bunch of vendors and a car show and some shows.

Thanks for the link.

It's food, booths with people selling stuff, things for kids to do (trampolines, slides, etc.). I think there may be live music.

112th and Colorado. You can't miss it.

Thorntonfest is one of the better city festivals I've been to.

So we have to bring a compass in order to find you?

Thorntonfest is one of the better city festivals I've been to.

One thing I'll miss about being up the street from Margaret Carpenter, Thornton fest, and the winter festival.

You might need a compass. Everyone else can probably navigate off the mountains to determine south.

Just picked myself up a stainless mug full of sassparila.

Mmmm. Sausage on a stick. Think I'll be having the steak on a stick for dinner.

The car show looks pretty good too. It's on the west side. Irving would probably need his compass to find it.

I was driving 104th & CO to 136th. Lots of traffic and gazebos set up there.
Did I say traffic was horrible there? :D

Yeah, if you aren't actually coming here I'd avoid Colorado and 112th.

I think there may be live

Kansas is playing Sunday. Heard it on the radio (we're up on the front range for 4A State swim meet at VMAC).

Have fun!

She remembered my wife from the previous event and made her the item she was asking about. Tell her thanks again.

I showed up late but was still able to score a funnel cake and some Orange Cream from the same soda guy in the same cup.

Yep. My wife knew who she was as soon as she walked up. Tell her we said thank you for stopping by and thanks for her business.

I love the food and drinks at these things. I didn't get around to getting a funnel cake this time but I love meat on a stick. And the old timey soda was pretty decent. I also had a huge lemonade that really hit the spot during the warmer part of the day.

Also got to meet a member here that I hadn't had the pleasure of meeting before.

And I was definitely glad to finally have some decent weather for a change. Hopefully tomorrow will be nice too. The wife is wanting to take her new bike out for a spin and I need to get some yard work done before the next string of showers decides to come through.
