So. Zimmerman has sold his Keltec for either 120k or 250k (I've read conflicting reports on the actual amount) but that's clearly a profit over the probably <$300 he paid for it.
A while back Obozo said he was going to crack down on "unlicensed gun dealers" claiming that selling even one gun for a profit could attract the all seeing eye of the DOJ and accusations of "dealing" in firearms without an FFL.
So what do you think the response will be if the DOJ were to prosecute Zimmerman as an "Unlicensed Gun Dealer"?
Interesting times.

Same reaction and results as "Fast & Furious"...Fore!

IF, he really did get either of those amounts, good for him!
If you're George Zimmerman, you don't wait for trouble to find you, you find it.
But seriously, I would go FFL-to-FFL and keep copies of everything.

Use of an FFL woudn't mater. The fact that he used the internet to sell it and he sold it for a profit could fall under the Obama administrations definition of "illegally engaged in the business of selling firearms without a license"
Here's one story on what I'm talking about. http://www.cnsnews.com/news/article/susan-jones/obamas-vague-rule-anyone-engaged-business-selling-firearms-must-be-licensed

My argument would be that it was "firearm," not plural.
I'd probably be in jail.

It's already been well and amply demonstrated Obama doesn't understand the Constitution. Is it any surprise he doesn't understand the law -- or English, for that matter?

^ yep.
He's not "in the business of selling firearms". He sold one highly-valued item with some collector's value.
