Chickenlooper wrote a biography, big whoop. Oh wait, he took his mother to see "Deep Throat"??!!! Great Caesar's Ghost this guy is twisted. I could care less that he and the ex (another real winner) went through counseling while trying to figure out their marriage. But taking his mother to see that movie is messed up beyond words.

Pandering to his base of voters.

Based on your reaction, I will assume you are not one of the Governor's base supporters.

Congratulations!

I first became aware of him during the meetings on the football stadium that too many idiots got suckered into voting for when the multi-millionaire owner threatened to move the team if we didn't. There was this goofy, skinny guy in coke bottle glasses arguing that "Mile Hi" needed to be in the name. As his profile rose, got into politics, became mayor I learned way more about him than I wanted to know. My dislike grew and when he became governor well, let's just say I've not been surprised by any decision he's made or position he's supported.

Heaven help us if the hildebeast gets elected and even more so if this goofball is the vp. Ouch, my head hurts.

Meh.
Doesn't affect my view on Chickenpooper, much.

No shit. Think less of the guy than I already do? I'm not sure I can think that hard.

Hick is just another amoral (D).

There (R) and (L) that have done questionable things, I hope not to this degree.

I am still amazed that he won re-election. The first time around, people could plead ignorance about what an incompetent turdball he is but the second? We have too many stupid people in this state already and we keep importing more.

Likability is more important than ability. Unfortunately, this is the age we are living in.

Those who voted for him were just doing someone they knew a favor, because they asked. [facepalm]

He didn't win re-election, the Republicans (as per usual) fumbled the ball and snatched defeat out of the jaws of victory.

Doesn't hurt that now that we're 100% mail in ballots, voter fraud is super easy.

I knew Colorado was lost when Hick got re-elected. He basically laughed in the people's face over the gun laws and nothing happened. He used a convicted murderer to try and prevent people from voting against him. And now, people celebrate him for being so candid and "down to earth" for his exploits in the book. *IF* this was a republican, would the admissions in that book be ok by the general public?

I still contend we won't know for sure if Colorado is truly lost until this November ... but after election day here it will be absolutely clear one way or the other.

I just don't see it. The influx of people since the last election isn't quite the crowd that will vote to bring our rights back. The other side is growing while our side is leaving the state. I sure hope I'm wrong though.

Yeah way weird. Does anyone know anyone else who watched an adult film with their mom, yikes twisted!

I have heard that part of his martial issues involve abuse and alcohol.

wonder when he is going to hold a press conference to inform coloradans that he is really a woman trapped inside of a mans body.

I've heard that also, that LE had been dispatched to their residence for domestic disturbances on several occasions.

I have a long time friend that was on the mayoral detail when he was mayor. He never said anything about domestic issues but did say H did like to go out at night and my friend didn't want to have to deal with that, transferred to another unit, much happier. I very peripherally know (we don't socialize or anything, more of a working relationship) a statie that was on the state detail, he too requested and was granted a transfer off it. I respect both these guys' intuition.
