Specifically a patio set (the table is about 30" across)? It's kinda rusty. After that I'm thinking of painting or powder coating it. [Beer]

Home Depot play sand. Its cheap and the right abrasive. Typically for stuff like that you want around 80 grit to knock the rust off.

If you are looking for a place to take it to get blasted I have used Colorado Powder Coating in Commerce City. They have always treated me right with very reasonable prices.

Blast Tech in Englewood. They can even arrange powdercoating. A stellar place to do business with in my experiences. I've been there several times and will again. They specialize in automotive sheet metal so they know how to be gentle. Not an industrial blaster.

Thanks - there's some sentimental value with these, else I'd pitch them.
