Police are responding to an active shooter in the area of 15th Street and Wynkoop Street in downtown Denver. There are multiple victims being taken to area hospitals but only few details were immediately available.

KHOW reports a female was shot multiple times, shooter is DOA self-inflicted.

I listened to this archives on this DPD was on scene within a minute of the first dispatch, if I am getting this correct they reported a 50 to 60 year old male with a revolver doing the shooting, I don`t think it was another five minutes that the officers had reported that the shooter was down and they were asking for medics.

I was leaving my dispatch center yesterday when this unfolded. It was handled promptly by DPD, so hats off to them. I hope the victim survives. It would be a nice kick in the teeth to the suspect if his plan ultimately failed.

Since an evil black AR-15 wasn't used, I'm sure this won't get much more coverage at all, especially since it doesn't support the leftist agenda. Heaven forbid they are forced to believe that evil comes from within a human than some inanimate object.
