My son is a student at UCCS, he is looking for folks who could spend a couple of minutes to complete the survey below regarding oncology waiting rooms. They are trying to gather information from those of us who have had experiences in oncology waiting rooms to make recommendations to a local hospital. The information will be used to help make oncology waiting rooms better for patients and loved ones passing through a very difficult time.

Hello, my name is Eric. Eight years ago my Uncle was diagnosed with stage three lung cancer. From the time he was diagnosed till his death three years later
we all experienced a great number of hardships. These events were difficult for both our Uncle as well as those around him. Cancer is indeed a tragedy that
many of us share in various degrees, which is why we need your help. I am a part of a very motivated team at UCCS working with a major hospital and
we are gathering information based on oncology waiting rooms. Our work is valuable, but our time is limited. If we can get 700 participants to fill out our
survey by Sunday, June 26th it will only increase our chances of success. The link to the survey will be provided below and answers are completely
anonymous. Please like and share this as much as possible so that they too may make a difference. Thank you for your time.

Good luck, I'm thankful that I don't qualify for the survey.

Done- my dad died of cancer in January, I spent 120-150 days in waiting rooms last year so I was way too qualified.
