My gun club has a cowboy action range. Lead bullets must be used to avoid damaging the targets. I don't reload, anyone know where I can buy 9mm lead ammo?

Black Bullet International (poly coated)
Precision Bullets (moly coated)

reloaded both, they work. Don't shoot either out of polygonal rifling.

Can they be plated or coated bullets?
The new NRA rag had an advertisment for poly coated bullets from one of the major ammo makers.

Check if someone at the club has reloads they are willing to trade you for?

Now's a good time to start. Buy the blue or other coated lead bullets and have fun. A good single stage unit would be an easy entry in to reloading. PLUS. you can tailor the loads to the gun being used.

Shot a couple 10k of BBI out of my Glock. Was fine. Prefer Bayou bullets; found they actually clean my barrel.

Agree on Precision or other moly bullets. Bad in Glocks.

www.cheycastbullets.com (http://www.cheycastbullets.com)

is the answer.

I have shot tens of thousands of their bullets. I shot thousands of their regular lead bullets. Then I switched to their coated bullets. The owners are Local (Cheyenee) and very active in shooting sports. Their prices are very reasonable as you will see when you look at their website. Even cheaper if you are ever close enough to pick them up in person.

He doesn't reload, Yet..............

I shoot poly coated bullets out of all my polygonal rifling pistols (CZ's and glock's, probably 20k now), no damage and they group great.
