Utah is.
Ding.
Everyone should have one other non-resident to cover the gaps until we get national right to carry (well, excluding Komfornia of course)/

Texas is... [Coffee]
High on list of priorities after establishing TX citizenship
No interest in getting any out of state non-resident permit to carry in NV or any other state that does not honor my CO permit. As stated before I use the reciprocity list to plan my vacations. I guess NV has all of my money they need or will get.
I got my UT primarily so I could carry in WA when we visit my son, DIL, and now grandson.
I actually took the class in UT during a business trip, so worth it.

Don't remember exactly when but I took the UT BCI Instructor's Course in 08 or 09. The course just certifies to teach the UT course. Had to go to SLC to do it. Then found out it was only for the instructor credentials. Had to take the UT course, after I was certified as an instructor, to get the UT permit. Thought that was a little silly. No longer an instructor but I still have the UT permit. Comes in handy now that I work in WA and live next door.

This is the class I took. Great, friendly guys. 4 hour class. They're Utah certified, so I got my Utah out of state permit with this class. They regularly have have sales on their classes. Here's a link to their current 4th of July sale, $45 for the CCW class.

Nevada has been weird for years. When I first got my Utah permit, it was valid in NV, then they decided it wasn't, same for a friend with a FL permit. It seems to depend on the NV Attorney General at the time how they interpret the equivalency of other states' permitting processes for reciprocity.

DenverGP, look into these guys. They do classes in Colorado that are also good for Utah and Arizona. They have classes coming up in Thorton, Colorado Springs and Loveland (just scroll down). I cannot vouch for the quality of instruction, as I have never taken a course with them. Just offering a solution to your question:
