Sweet. As soon as all fed buildings are no longer air conditioned (and I say this as a person who works in one), AC not run on jets, .gov limos, etc., I'll consider giving a crap what he says. In fact, given the massive cooling bill of most server/data storage centers, the government could probably save the environment by shutting down the NSA's collection facility in Utah, and pretty much stop addressing us at all since the video teleconferencing/broadcast/etc. also uses a good bit of network infrastructure.

Not if the output vent was faced into the open sea so the force of the air could counteract the tipping direction. That would also counteract global warming, but then the HFCs would counteract the counteraction. So, really, it would be a "keep Guam upright" option.

However, the problem with getting rid of A/C's is it spurs water consumption since everyone is hot. You ever seen a commie drink a glass of water, Mandrake?

I've always been amazed at the ignorance of the American voter. The US has got to have the stupidest politicians on the planet and we keep electing them time after time. Just look at our own governor hick perfect example of someone who should not even be able to run for dog catcher but here he is our esteemed governor.
