We recently moved and got new licenses with our new address, me because mine expired in April and my wife because she didn't want a sharpie address on the back of hers.
Tried to get fishing license at Walmart and she was denied. Turns out she can't prove she's lived here for 6 months since her license was issued in May, and last years license doesn't count. She's a stay at home mom and all vehicles and utilities are in my name. What a PITA.

It shouldn't be harder to get a fishing license than to vote.
