For some reason Google isn't loading right now, does anyone know anything about a fireworks display in Aurora tonight?
Its west of Chambers for sure, and appears to be south of Iliff. Freaked me out at first hearing all of these booms off in the distance but went out in the backyard and saw some fireworks over the trees.
I know the arapahoe county fair has fireworks. But it's still pretty far from your area you mentioned.

Google is your only source of info? That's unfortunate...
If it's was around 9:30 it was the county fair. I was there this evening and it was a pretty good show
Was standing 100' from it when they went off. Good show. Arapahoe County Fair.
Decent show.

Yep, it is the Arapahoe County Fair. It has happened the last two nights at about 2130 hrs.
pugnac must have his directions wrong or, is getting echoes. Or is just new to the area and is just not familiar with the natural sounds of Aurora.[Tooth]
It is south of Iliff, but east of E-470,in the direction of the fairgrounds. I can see the glow of the fireworks, and of course hear them.

These were about 9:30 last night yep, but they were definitely west of me. Oh well.
Speaking of the fair, anyone beat the BB gun game?
I saw it Saturday night, we were confused too by the sounds of the booms and then from the upstairs i could see them. Looked to be more around the Tech Center area to me. Definitely not east of 470. I would say somewhere around Fiddlers Green perhaps.
