I was going to suggest BP, but wasn't sure if he's taking any new business with that BS law.

I'm not 100% positive but I'm not sure he does the parkerizing anymore. Don't take my word for it though. I might be wrong.

Parkerizing and refinishing is one of the very few things not affected by the ITAR decree.
