Just got a 650. When I pull the arm the primer disc indexes properly but no primer drops into the holes. Anyone know what would cause this?

You put the primer cam on ? Item # 25. NM you said it moves.

It also takes 7-8 moves before the primers index . They don't automatically appear. Also drop a spent 45acp case on the follower rod. Gives it more weight on the primers to drop.

It's was all put together for the most part. It seems to function fine the primers just never drop. Is there an arm or somrthing that moves to allow the primer down and maybe it isn't moving far enough? I've cycled it like 25 times and still no primers show

Most likely something jammed up in the primer feed tube. I would remove the primer feeder and make sure the inner feed tube is both the right size and that there's nothing stuck in it, same thing with the feed disk, make sure it's the right size. Large is marked with an L and small is marked with an S.

the disk is fine as i can drop primers in it and it will work. if i take out the primer feeder how can i do so without primers all over the place?

Have to remove the unit, then turn upside down. Chances are IF it's the wrong tube, they will not fall out. Come on where's your sense of adventure ;)
