I have zero skin in the game besides wanting someone cool and like minded in our neighborhood. His house just went up on the market yesterday and it's decent sized.

It's nice down there for sure, too bad it's so far away from everything.
I gotta be able to run to 7-11 at 1am to get ice cream if I want it.

Ha!!!! That is literally the conversation my wife and I had the other. Only thing missing in town is a 7-11 and a Wendy's in my opinion!

Noobs, the extra freezer in bsmt/garage is to stock ice cream so such a crisis cannot occur.
Nearest 24hr joint to us is 30 miles. Only took a few such crisis for us to learn.

Ummmmmmmmm...........it kinda needs new everything, that joint is circa 1976. Think they'd take $275,000 for it [Luck]
Probably not.

I know how you feel...left Arkansas couple years ago and I find no one worth hanging with in my neighborhood
I would love to get out of the big city. Probably just wait until the wife and I retire though. The commute from down there to Broomfield and back would really piss my wife off and the fuel cost would kill us.
Love living in Elizabeth so far, that might change after the winter. :)

Exact same thoughts I had when looking through the pictures.

Franktown is probably about to explode with everything that brings the fast food places.
My new house is in the 8 oclock spike on the map and I've never been offered BBQ...[BooHoo]

It's really not that far - 15 minutes to Walmart, 7-11, fast food, grocery store, etc. More importantly though, an FFL within walking distance - what more could anyone ask for???
A Santiago's in the neighborhood would work...

Going to take somebody quite a bit of time and $$ to remove all that wallpaper and paneling. Then replace all the carpet and flooring. Just pray some retro hipsters don't see the house. To them it will be move in ready.!!
$375K? HaHaHa... The CA folks will be all over it. That said, it is sad to see CO real estate going to shiat.
