Finally made it in, and it is a great shop.
Everybody I met there is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful.
Walked out with a grail gun and the transaction could not have gone better.

I had to ship an handgun to a FFL. I called about a dozen dealers in the Springs and SDS was one of two shops that actually knew the law. It was quick, easy and no usual gun shop BS.

SDS is a shop I have used for personal transfers and have always been happy with the people & service.
They now handle suppressors and class III transfers.

I was in this shop today. I found I rifle I have been looking for for about 20 years. So ehile I waited on a BG check, I bought a scope and CH as well, almost had to buy a shotgun as well. I asked a few questions, one gentlman was able to answer questions very quickly and knew what he was talking about. The man that was helping me would defer questions to him, which was very helpful. Super nice guys. I think they wanted my BG check to take longer so I would keep buying stuff.

What interesting old firearm did you find at SDS?
They seem to get a nice selection of guns.

A Remington 341 bolt .22. My dad had 2 that I shot in competition for years. I tried to buy one or both, but he would just laugh and say no, but you can use them all you want. After his passing, both are in my safe, but I have 3 boys, so I needed one more. I had told him I would buy one if I ever found one, so I couldn't pass it up. Now all three of the boys, ages 2, 4, and 6 will be able to shoot the same rifles I was shooting when I was growing up.
There were a few other rifles there for excellent prices. If I weren't married with 3 kids, it would have been a very expensive trip.
