I figure since we have this thread on Longmire: https://www.ar-15.co/threads/151247-Damn-Now-I-can-t-wait-for-Season-5-(Longmire)
I'd start one about Hell on Wheels.
Anybody else watch that one? Fun western on Netflix. A little bit hokey but no more so than Longmire.
Anson Mount is basically the Longmire of the Union Pacific and Central Pacific railroads circa 1867 - 1869: An honest man who's quick with a gun and sparse with words.

I've watched a number of seasons and it's one of my favorite shows. I'm not up to date with the most recent season I'm sure as I watch my tv non traditionally.

Jumped the shark after Bear Killer.
I watched the whole thing. Wasn't too bad. The last couple of seasons weren't as good as the earlier ones in my opinion.

Binge watched the making of the railroad. I felt real bad about Elam and the bear. Damn brutal mauling he took.

Wife and I watched it and were all caught up maybe 6-8 months ago, did more come out?

SPOILER ALERT
Did they finish the railroad when you guys were done watching? It pretty much wraps up when the railroad is finished.

I just wikipedia'ed the season descriptions and it from my memory we watched all of season 4, and still have season 5 to go. Might have to fire it back up.

I believe the railroads meeting kind of put the spike in the series ;)
It played fairly well. We all (hopefully) know the RR's met in UT. This more or less is the drama behind the building of the RR
This more or less is the politics behind the building of the RR

Another series that was kinda similar that we loved was Deadwood. Well worth the watch if you haven't seen it.

Is Deadwood on Netflix?
NO...........................COCKSUCKER
Never have we watched a show or series with profanity any where near Deadwood's. Yet it was a good series.
Time to watch Luke Cage.

Thanks. I'll look for it online first. Everything's out there for free if you know where to look.

Hell on Wheels was AMCs best show, IMO.
If you have Amazon Prime you get free streaming included. They have most of the older HBO shows for free, including Deadwood. They also offer subscriptions to the premium networks to get the current shows, it's nice for the cable cutters out there.
My wife has Amazon prime. Might look for Deadwood there. Thanks.
Deadwood completely changed my mentality for what constitutes good television.
Watched the first few seasons, one of my favorite westerns.
