NPR had some people on this morning who are worried about it. One lady (correspondent) seemed down right panicked.

Yes.

The Republic is dead. What remains is a fight over who owns who. Your paycheck, your kids, etc. And the never ending chess game of backing the formerly free subject into a corner so the parasites can feast (disarmed, unable to speak, etc). Okay, I took sides there but that is the way I see it.

When people came to understand what "radical transformation" really meant, it was never going to be peaceful or orderly. This is why I believe they are targeting black rifles instead of handguns (that represent the bulk of "gun violence"). Rifles win wars. Handguns are for fighting your way to a rifle.
