Anyone in the South metro area (englewood/littleton) have a car or truck battery they don't want?

Just a shout out to see if anyone in the South metro area has an old non-working car or truck battery sitting in their garage that they want to get rid of.

I'm putting a dual battery setup on my Suburban but the local battery dealers will sock me with a $12.00 core charge if I don't bring a battery in to exchange. I figure if someone's got an old battery sitting around they wanted to get rid of we could help each other out. :D

Shoot me a PM if you have one. Would like to get this by the weekend so I can finish my project.

usually this is ok, it just has to be a "battery". I've used small alarm system batteries before and saved the core charge.
