Clear the Benches hasn't published their 2016 evaluations yet. Anyone have any information -- pro or con -- on the following judges?
Karen M. Ashby
Michael H. Berger
Steven L. Bernard
Stephanie E. Dunn
David Furman
Robert D. Hawthorne
Jerry N. Jones
Anthony J. Navarro
Gilbert M. Roman
Diana Terry
I saw that Hawthorne stood for gun rights and wrote the opinion reversing the trial court that threw out student concealed carry lawsuits against the Colorado Board of Regents but I'm having a tough time finding information on the others.

Ashby is an awesome person, I haven't followed her opinions though. My 2 cents. :|
Peggy Littleton, a lady I had the pleasure of hearing speak at a meeting of the Rocky Mountain Black Tea Party a few years ago, apparently echoed a lot of opinions here (received in an email): http://senatorschultheis.blogspot.com/2016/10/voting-recommendations-for-november-8.html
But the link has nothing on judges, and she added:
JUDGES
Your ballot includes judge retention votes. Consider voting NO to:
[] Colorado Court of Appeals Judge Michael H. Berger
[] Colorado Supreme Court Justice William Hood
In 2015, Judge Michael H. Berger and two other judges of the Colorado Court of Appeals held that Jack Phillips of Masterpiece Cakeshop must create same-sex wedding cakes. Mr. Phillips, a Christian, disagrees with same-sex marriage. Mr. Phillips appealed this decision to the Colorado Supreme Court.
In 2016, the Colorado Supreme Court declined to hear the appeal of Jack Phillips by a vote of 4-2 with one abstention. Justice William W. Hood voted to deny Mr. PhillipsâÃÂàrequest for an appeal. The case is now on appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.
(I will likely vote NO on all except a YES on David Furman)[red emphasis added by CavSct1983]
4th Judicial District Judges
NO on Grohs
NO on Wilson
Again, these are just my recommendations.

Thanks. I had already voted NO on Hood. Will probably vote YES on Hawthorne due to his opinion on concealed carry at college campuses. Will definitely vote NO on Berger. Why will you vote YES on Furman? What's the deal with Grohs and Wilson?
That was Peggy Littleton's Yes on Furman. No idea why as she didn't include a reason in her email.
