I've got a stock Glock 19 Gen 4. I've been kicking around the idea of getting a slide assembly milled for a USPSA Carry Optic division to be able to shoot that division.

Anyone locally carry such slide assemblies?

Honestly the better option would be to buy a MOS 17 or 34. Nothing wrong with the G19, but in the long run if your seriously about CO in USPSA, you are going to want a gun you can easily reload into.

I agree with Doc. G34 MOS would be optimal, but a G17 MOS would work too. Two reasons, bigger guns overall will shoot better, and if they are done at the factory you are not cutting the slide past the surface hardening and then trying to keep a hardened screw in the softer steel. Seen issues with that.

Yup. Grab a 17 or a 34.

I would lean towards a 17 MOS.
