But one thing that passed in CA might really help us here in colorado.... They legalized pot!!! So once the cold weather hits, we should see a mass exodus of potheads heading to California.

I don't understand how we can have McDonald, Heller, and a handful of other cases that demonstrate the gov cannot create peripheral barriers to gun ownership and have states do what they are doing. Even our mag ban is suspect as it limits the capabilities of a firearm in common use.

If the Second Amendment is incorporated against the states, that should mean something.

Not even that, I know people, some are cops, who tried to buy ARs and can't get them here because they come with a 30-round magazine, and those are illegal here. It hinders private purchase of items that ship with STANDARD equipment. Grant it's CTD, and they're idiots.

Idaho went even more red. The conservative super-majority in the state legislature became even more super. We also passed a Constitutional amendment that says:
