Has anyone been following Prop 63 in CA? CA residents now have to get a 4yr permit to buy ammo. Furthermore all grandfathered mags (over 10 rnds) are now illegal?!?!? Could something like this happen in CO?

Yes, and yes. It's not a matter of "if" but "when" in Colorado.

I don't see how a law that arbitrarily requires citizens to forfeit or destroy their own legally purchased property (magazines) will stand up in court, but historically that hasn't made much of a difference in this stupid state.
