Comedy 103.1 is trying to switch to Christmas music on December 1st.

Comedy 103.1, the local all comedy radio station, is saying that the powers that be want to switch the station to Christmas music starting December 1st.

Warning, in order to vote, they have you sign register to win something. I don't know what it is, and I didn't bother to look, I just unclicked all the junk mail options in order to vote.
I think this is a pretty good channel and I can find my own Christmas music more easily than I can find bite sized comedy clips, back to back, of comics I'm not familiar with.

Easier to not listen to them during this time. Of course there's numerous Christmas parodies and comedy routines dealing with Christmas. Alan Sherman is one to check out, among others.

You'd be incorrect Ray. Comedy 103.1 is one of the only radio stations that I listen to as well. The commercials are terrible though. Mortgage refinancing, drug abuse rehab, back taxes and debt, and jewelry sales. That is 95% of the commercials on that station.

89.3 Sitting high atop the 5 points media center

88.9 KRFC (Northern CO) ignore the fund raising and sometime liberal banter, for commercial free music, that spans a wide spectrum of music

88.3 CPR (Co Public radio out of off all places Littleton) Like KRFC only closer to yo umetro folks

105.5 KCNC's commercial free side of their 91.5 (feels commentary station)

OR plug in your ipod, pad, kindle or cell for your own music taste. Some of us still use CD's.

You want all comedy without the bullsheet. download your own comedians and some you never heard of.

Joan Rivers (who did lewd vagina skits without mentioning it ) way before schleps like amy schumer were even born

IMO Comedians are there to make you laugh, think and if some of them do their job, be offended. YMMV.
