If I use anything other than the standard one, I like the Phase 5.

I use the Magpul BAD lever on all mine...never an issue.

I prefer the Phase 5 over the Magpul. The Phase 5 is all one piece whereas the Magpul installs over the OEM catch and secures with a small screw.

But I'm funny when it comes to mechanical parts and pieces. I figure why have multiple pieces and tiny screws that could possibly come loose and potentially foul things up.

But, for the record, lots of people run the Magpul lever and I haven't really heard any complaints.

Personally, I run the stock catch on all of mine now. I figure why train and get used to a non-standard part. If you get used to having it and using it and you find yourself in a desperate situation where you have to grab a rifle that doesn't have it you're going to be surprised when you reach for it with your trigger finger and it isn't there.

I've used the BAD lever, EBRv1 and EBRv2. Personally like the 2 since it's all one piece but is the most expensive out of the 3.

I agree on less small pieces. A 1 pc is more conducive for me

I've been having good luck with the seekins enhanced version after scrapping 2 strike industries ones due to sloppy fit that eventually failed to actually hold the bolt back after a while of use. I had been looking for something with a more substantial pad on the bottom for ease of locking it back manually and showing clear under time in a couple team matches I shoot. Needless to say, the end result was worse than a bit of fumbling for a smaller nub. The seekins units seem to be holding up well.

The Battle Arms Development Enhanced Bolt Release is most excellent.
