What legal process to get douchley brown to stop spamming me?

dudley brown and his douche bag buddies, politicians holbert and tipton etc, spam me constantly. I unfortunately gave the scheister money about 5-6 years ago (so I could use the gun forum and Im not sure if I even sold or bought 1 gun) . since then I constantly get mail and emails from all of them.

What can I do legally to get dudley to stop? Thanks for any help.

and yes I have sent many many emails asking them to remove me. I dont want to call if its possible, because I would probably get into a shouting match if he runs his stupid, lying mouth.

I get tons of his mailings too. Some are addressed from his butt buddies holbert and tipton. actual mail in the mail box.

I know I should just throw them away, but it annoys me so much to see his crap, I just want it stopped.

Are we talking about something like a certified letter? Cease and desist letter on attorneys letter head? I dont really want to invest too much money in it, but maybe a class action lawsuit against rmgo, dudley brown, his wife, his partners, holbert, tipton?

I was going to suggest looking at other class action suits to see if you can find anything similar. LinkedIn recently had a suit, but I don't remember how closely related it was. I might start there.

I made the mistake of giving him my email address (he was giving away a rifle and I'm a sucker for online contests). I unsub from them but they still come so I just flag them as junk and they tend to get trashed before I see them.

As for physical mail, I've not got anything from him yet (knock wood) but I generally just throw junk mail away and don't stress about it. Unless he's showing up at your door I fail to see why you can't just throw his junk into the trash.

Email him and tell him that every time you get spam from RMGO you are going to donate to the NRA. That should stop it pretty quickly, I did that and the hackles at RMGO get up very quickly.

I have sent dozens of emails to the accounts I have for him. I almost always immediately send him back an email. Nothing has worked.

Your email should have a way to filter or block. For example, on Gmail, one can set messages to automatically be marked read, shuffled into a folder, and voila (if that's what you are wanting). If blocking doesn't work for whatever reason, keyword and/or email address filtering should work.

Oh good, I'm not the only one. I kept thinking I was somehow unsubscribing from their lists wrong. Sadly, I used to have respect for state Sen Holbert. But with emails and snail mailings with his name all over them on RMGO letterhead he lost a great deal of it. I was naive enough to send RMGO and NAGR money during the fight against the 2013 CO laws in the hopes that it might help avert disaster. Maybe I should email them and Katie back explaining that I'm an NRA life member.

I spent about 30 minutes looking through the files I had saved from the old email address I no longer use and I could not find it. Sorry.

Not that long ago, you had to be a member of RMGO to use the firearms sales forum that they ran.
They discontinued the sales forum, but kept the mailing and email addresses for fund raising.
I don't know how you get off the list since they are exempted from the requirements of anti-SPAM.

Attend a Town of Windsor meeting. They give locals with something to say 5 min to say it at the end of a town meeting. Held on Mondays.
Explain to the town before hand You had no other recourse as the RMGO continually ignores your request to stop the harassment. Some one will take notice. But i'd contact Brendan directly.
