Effective immediately the site has a new Moderator; TheGrey.

With site and personal workloads increasing the Staff felt it was time to add to our ranks. We didn't take this decision lightly and put a lot of consideration into who this person should be as we watched how perspective candidates handled themselves on the site. While those we considered all had traits we appreciated, the choice quickly became obvious.

Please join me in welcoming TheGrey into her new duties as a site Moderator. I know everyone will show her at least the same level of respect that you show to me.
