Yeah, interesting how the author points out that we've let the Fourth Amendment become so eroded. I also liked how he also mentioned the rise of the "surveillance state" under Clinton. I remember discussing that with friends back then.

I reckon whatever, however something happens, we'll see it in California and/or New York first.
