Does anyone use the Dead Ringer Snake Eyes Sights?

I'd love to hear your experiences with them and any pros/cons you feel based on actually using them. I'd also love to see them in person and possibly even try them.

Thanks in advance!

I've never used them, or seen them before, but I can tell you that if the side dots on the rear are as far apart as they look, you can expect your accuracy to go down.

Seem lame and gimmicky to me...

I bought a used pistol about 4-5 years ago that had them. I was not impressed by any means and for me they didn't serve a purpose.

Front sight acquisition is fast but accuracy suffers quite a bit.

Just grab some Heinie Straight 8s and call it good.

Unfortunately - they don't seem to make them for Walther handguns.

Definitely a fan of the straight 8's.

How about the Truglo TFX Pros? Tritium and Fiber Optic together. Anyone have experience with these?

I don't have the pro's, but the G27 I bought recently came with Tru glo's. They are a really neat concept and do their job quite well (bright in the sunlight, and glow in the dark), but it seems in dim light situations they leave a lot to be desired. The front sight also knocks your sight radius down a bit.

I likely won't replace the Tru glo's on my 27 any time soon, but I definitely prefer something like the Trijicon HD's or Ameriglo Hackathorn's.

Even with just the lamp these sights are fairly bright.

I think I have the Pro's on my M&P. In addition to the fiber optic and tritium, they have an angled ring of orange paint around each dot to grab light that is coming from all angles of just slightly behind you.

I think the pro's were probably introduced as an answer to the dim light issue I have with mine.

XS Big Dots are another alternative.

I bought my sights and didn't pay attention to the brand, but I think I have the Pro's. Here are some pictures. Looks like the ring I spoke of is only around the front sight, which makes sense as you don't really need to see the dots on the rear sight.

Thanks everyone for all your feedback and sharing. I appreciate the input and the photos.

After watching some YouTube videos and some more internet reading, I learned everyone believes one of the choices is the best and all the other ones are not as good. So I'm going to just try one and if I hate it, I'll sell it and try a different one.

I'm going to start with the Truglo TFX Pros.

Jet.com had them and after adding a couple of other shooting related items and their new customer discount of 15% of your first 3 orders, it brought them down to $100.35 for the set. Also saved about $10 on some Keymod accessories. Free shipping too. Since it's an Amazon company, I did have to pay tax on the order, but I still came out way ahead I think.
