Is it just me or are these people idiots? I went to the T-Mobile store because a function of my phone stopped working and I couldn’t get it to work. After about 20 mins of messing with it they said they have no idea what to do. So, I also have an issue with getting my bill on Tuesday and it says due Friday, can I just pay you. They told me no they don’t take checks, what? I asked why the bill was so late getting to my house this month. They, and when I say they I mean 4 employees, told me with a straight face that the mail was 10 days late because Trump had implemented a hiring freeze and the Post Office was shorthanded. So I ask how it could be 10 days late when the freeze was implemented three days ago, “ahhh, they were already shorthanded”, then wouldn’t that be Obama’s fault? I told them as I was leaving I was going back to Verizon, they said they don’t take checks either. WTF, I know what your thinking is probably just me.

I was with you until you said the word "check", I can not remember the last time I wrote one.

That’s what I was afraid of, it’s just me. I had the envelope with the bill and the check was already written. I don’t ever carry checks with me. I just don’t trust my computer and hackers enough to do online bill pay. I am going to start putting every bill on a credit card and writing one check to pay it off each month.

Apparently, they don't like money.

Oh no not steering you that way, I feel your pain. If you walk into a Sprint store wanting to deal with your account they will direct you to the phone in the store to call their bill pay center. Nonsensical all around.

Oh no it's not you. It's what seems to be the standard , with some exceptions.

Once the deal is over with my parents house, I'll tell you a story that will make t-mobile an after thought.

But to hold you over...

Everything was Bush's fault after he was in office and everything is Trump's fault before he got in office.

The postal service is not affected by any federal hiring freeze. I'm sure you realized that T-Mobile employees are probably not the most savvy news consumers or masters of the intricacies of the federal bureaucracy.

Should have said, "How could I know that? You can't get my Twitter app to work either!"

I use checks for all kinds of things, but I'm a geezer and we just roll that way.....

I pay most everything online so I can limit my interaction with the "cupcakes" of the World. Although I do still carry a checkbook with me everyday and pay with it often. It weirds people out and makes me happy.

Asking the employees of a mobile company storefront to know anything about fixing phones is like having the cashier at McDonalds try to diagnose hoof and mouth disease.

They have 'apple' stores for tech support.. the cellular carrier is NOT tech support.

Google is your friend.
