It's been fun to see Atlanta being taken for granted. The Patriots haven't been dominant this year and have had difficulty with beating teams that were seriously flawed.

Meh, I watched "Rio Lobo", "Fort Apache", and "Rio Bravo". It sounds like I missed a good game but football in general and the Super Bowl in particular aren't what they used to be -- even the commercials stink.

After living in Vegas for a short time I've learned that sports now is just "entertainment" with the drama of what is a "catch" in football or crooked guys like Tim Donaghy in the NBA, it's a business. Very lucrative one

I'm just glad the broncos didn't suffer a 16 min meltdown like the Falcons did. Great plays by the patriots and a series of mental errors by the Falcons. Although I'm not a fan of the gaga's music, I respect her for not politicizing the show like many lefties were demanding. I was especially impressed a year or 2 ago when she sang a beautiful and respectful version of the Star Spangled Banner. These days that takes some courage if you are a "pop singer".
