Old smart phones needed for baby monitor...

Something galaxy s4 and above has worked well. Others might work but I used to galaxy. I just need it to install an ipwebcam app and set it up. Let me know what you got? Thanks in advance. Its better than letting them sit in a drawer. Thats what I told myself anyway.

Does the phone need to be one that can be activated? Swappa.com has good prices both for working phones and "parts" phones -- sometimes the "parts" phones have functional electronics but have blocked IMEIs (usually the current owner got taken by a CL ad).

Just has to connect to wifi and the app store. No real need for a phone feature at all. I was looking for tablets too. But they don't usually have a flash so it would have to be used for the day time.
