Im sure this is right. I honestly cant believe topless bans have lasted this long. I think it is wrong to say men can go topless but women cant. I believe we have created the insatiable desire to see boobs, because we cant see boobs. If they were treated the same as mens, the fascination would go down. That is exactly what happened to me on a two week vacation to Majorca back in '88. Beaches are all topless. Got whiplash the first week, and only noticed the exceptional ones by the second week. The very few women wearing a top made you wonder what was wrong with their breasteses.

Awhile back I was leaving the post office and came upon an elderly gentleman stranded in the middle of the road. Myself and another middle aged man helped push his car out of the road and proceeded to assist. The middle aged man insisted the car needed a jump, and couldn't wait to use his fancy jump starter (despite the car having a good charge, and the engine turning over just fine). I stood back and let him do his thing, when that didn't work, I peeked at the gentleman's gas gauge, only to notice he looked to be out of fuel. He was embarrassed when I pointed it out, and promptly got on the phone with AAA.

I couldn't fathom not knowing the difference between dead battery vs another issue.

Edit: I've worked the AAA Roadside assistance call center and while adult males calling in for help with tire changes and other things was not common, it did stand out.

I know I'm the minority on this but I'm not a fan. Yes, its cool to be all "YAY BOOBS!" but some decency is lost in this, IMO. I don't want to be like Europe so I don't care if its "normal" over there. There are a lot of "normal" things over there that I want no part of.

I'm just old school when it comes to that. Modesty is under-rated these days and I miss that.

The guy that ran that shop is a grade A dirt bag as well. Apparently got shut down for running cocaine sales along with the donut sales.

The guy was also an HVAC guy that is the biggest con artist I've ever met. He would take used compressors and spray paint them new and sell them as "new" to customers. I've seen some of his handy work and have met the people that he's screwed over and I'm surprised nobody has beaten his face in yet.

Simple solution for Ft. Collins City Counsel - prohibit everyone over the age of 5 from being topless (I picked 5 because I'd rather not give the pedophiles an opportunity to look at topless 10 year old girls).

Frankly, I don't want to see women's breasts exposed in public and definitely don't want to see most men without shirts either; it's a decency thing to me. I guarantee that NO ONE wants to see me without a shirt.

Folks want topless, found a private topless/nudist facility with good screening from the public view and have at it.
