I know we have many animal lovers here, so I thought I would share.
About a week ago, my brother and his family (live in Pueblo West), had their young bulldog stolen from the back yard of their home. What the POS didn't know, was the dog was paralyzed in its back legs and required a special diet and meds to survive. Unfortunately a week later and the shit bag finally realized he/she couldn't care for the puppy, but it was too late. It doesn't stop there however, because instead of handling the deceased puppy themselves, they dumped it back in my brothers back yard for his three young boys to discover.
He has video but nothing good enough to use. Apparently a couple local news stations want to run the story.
Give your pets an extra hug today.

Sounds like Pueblo, West is overdue for a lynch mob.
Velocitas, Opprimere,
Violentia Operandi
This breaks my heart...a lot.

Makes me really sad and really pissed at the same time. Poor little guy didn't deserve that. And the shitbags who did it deserve worse than most can imagine. Sorry for your brother's loss.

Update, KRDO will be running the story at 6 tonight.

Oh this story is just horrible. Sorry for he loss.
Sounds like they knew where that dog lived before hand and taking it in the first place was planned. What a shame.

I live here too. I am putting up a big fence, with electric fence on top. Forget about warning signs,

I'm very sorry your brother and his family had to endure that. This is a perfect example of why I like dogs more than people.
Oh man, that makes me want to cry and kill someone at the same time... hope justice is served vehemently and with no mercy.

Why people think they need to steal something, especially a pet (which to me is a family member) from someone else is beyond me.
I hope the thieves get their justice served to them cold and violently.
That's absolutely awful, man. I'm really sorry to hear this.
Backyard thefts is a small part of why my German Shepherd and other dog are kenneled in the house. (And a basement run of sorts in the works.)

I saw this on the facebooks today. Fuggin pisses me off.
Wow, really shitty thing to do.

This is infuriating. I am so sorry that someone did something this horrible. With how much my wife and I care for our animals, I can promise you that my wife would probably go John Wick on whomever did this to ours.

Thanks for the kind words and comments. My brother and his fiance are grateful the news outlet shared their story, but apparently a lot was edited out, and the animal control officer implied the dog got out on its own. Not sure what that was all about. Another channel is running the story today.

I saw in the news story that a $300 reward is being offered for info. Any chance we could bolster that? $300 might not do much, but a grand or more just might motivate some worthless meth head to roll on another worthless meth head. If there's a way to get the sheriff to increase the reward, I'd donate $100 to the pot. There's enough dog lovers here that I bet we could get the reward over $1000 pretty easy...

Wow that's really awesome of you. I'm not sure how to facilitate such a thing, but I'm certainly willing to pass this idea on to my brother and do what I need to do in order to help.

Let us know what your brother says, and how we can help.

I would gladly donate to that fund.
Oh...and I'll supply the ammo. You know...if it's needed for...whatever.
I'd pitch in a bit for a reward.

I'll donate to the reward. This story infuriates me. One I love dogs and two I love kids. The fact that those kids are having to go through this really pisses me off.
