So I bought a Glock 19, Gen3, with suppressor height sights and a threaded barrel. Of course the barrel is threaded metric. Only in America. Even the Brits don't use metric. Why the hell would you sell metric shit in the land of SAE? Anyway, I bought an ATI threaded barrel with American threads and dropped it into the G19. Gun functioned fine unloaded. Threaded my suppressor onto barrel, hand tight, and now gun is locked up TIGHT! Slide will not move. Period! Backed off suppressor a few turns and gun functions normally. Retightened suppressor, same result. Suppressor touches nothing except the barrel. Backed off suppressor 3/4 of a turn and gun functions. Suppressor functioned fine on my Kimber. WTF??

As the resident "Glock Hooker", I was fully prepared to have an answer for your question, up until I read "suppressor". Unfortunately I don't have any personal experience in the suppressor game, so I can't help you, good luck with your pistol.
What supressor?
Gut instinct they threaded the barrel a hair too much

Wulf202 you are right. Took a closer look at it and it does hit the gun when retracting the slide. I will have to find something else to use the suppressor on. Bummer. Thanks
Are you running a LID with the suppressor? I've seen some work without it, but most of the pivot barrel designed pistols need one to function correctly with a suppressor attached.
Just for the record, this hasn't been the "land of SAE" since about 1982.
You might check if your silencer maker makes an extended piston if you are running a LID.

Or try getting a new barrel

Good question, ask Ford.
O2
Or try getting a new barrel
This is the answer.
If it's the same ATI I've gotten stuff from in the past they rank right next to kel tek in quality. Try a lone Wolf or silencer Co barrel before you give up

Lockup means the can is touching the slide. Might wear in if you vigorously hand cycle, or fire it a few times.
