We need a federal law negating all local laws and regulations related to firearms. Everyone operates under the 2nd Ammendment. Can purchase any type of firearm, manufacture and type of firearms and carry any type of firearm anywhere, concealed or not.

While that point can certainly be argued, it is a stretch to say that we need that kind of law. Which is why it's unlikely to happen.
