Suggestions for Medical Alert device

My Mother in law recently took a fall outside her home and luckily was able to get back inside even though she was concussed and had an internal and external bleed. We would like to get her a device she can wear and use to call for assistance if needed.
I've done a bit of looking via google search but thought I'd solicit advice from others that may have experience with them.
