Got a small claims issue likely coming up and would appreciate some advice. I've educated myself on the issue, but I've never been to small claims court and just want to better prepare myself.
if we got a lawyer here that could help me out shoot me a PM and we can discuss details.

There are a few Lawyers on the site...but I won't out them.
I'm not an attorney but I've watched Judge Judy....... LOL [Coffee]
Document EVERYTHING. Time lines, phone calls, signatures, EVERYTHING.
If you're the plaintiff its your job to prove your case. Be prepared.....

Small claims sucks, kick it into county small claims and hire an attorney.
Small claims is a crap shoot and even if you are legally in the right, it might not go that depending on who the magistrate is or what they feel like doing that day.

This!! Small claims suck. Especially if the other side is in worse financial than you, no matter if they are in the wrong or not. It's more emotional game.
