Ruger Bearcat 'smithing?

So, long story short, I have a Ruger Bearcat Shopkeeper (very cute gun!), I have a Bearcat cylinder that was bubba-smithed to be a .22WMR (somewhat unsuccessfully). I'd like to know if there is a competent revolver gunsmith that could take the bubba'ed cylinder and my Shopkeeper and make it into a convertible package whereby I could use the factory cylinder for .22LR and the bubba cylinder to reliably and safely shoot .22WMR. Any suggestions? I'm not adverse to sending far away if needed.
