Right below Pathfinder Reservoir in Wyoming. -the hilltop view looking down on the river, specifically, is from the Cardwell outhouse parking lot :)

This area is anything but a "secret spot", it's fairly crowded even midweek in April, but it's got more than enough fish to go around and everyone is typically very respectful.

Hwy 287->Hwy 487->Hwy 220w-> Alcova. Tie on a #20 Juju baetis and enjoy!

That said, there actually have been some fairly respectable fish pulled out of Boulder Creek recently, a photo of one of them is on the wall at RMA on Arapahoe.
