Thanks Ginsue. Well I'm pretty typical here I imagine. Proud American, recreational shooter and have lived in Colorado long enough to almost feel like a native. Living west metro right now, close to the mountains, but anxious to get a place out of town someday. Conservative all the way.
Looking forward to getting in some more trigger time than I have gotten in the last few years.
How bout you?

Hmm. Good question. I love how you've got the whole audience participation thing going here.
Proud American - check
Recreational shooter - check (although I RARELY get much of a chance to get out and shoot which has been good for keeping my limited ammo supply up).
Lived in Colorado long enough to almost feel like a native - Wellll.....sorta. I grew up in MO (In South part of K.C. just down the street from the statiums until I was 13, then we moved to the country about 30 miles East. - Hated it then, miss the country now!). My family used to come to CO every summer to go camping, backpacking and fishing for a week or two. Fell in love with CO from my earliest memories and couldn't wait to get here.
Served in the USAF for 20yrs (originally swearing it would only be for 4yrs). Got to come to CO for 7yrs 1/2 way through my career. Moved back as soon as I retired - same house, same phone number.
but anxious to get a place out of town someday. - Agreed. See comment above about missing the country. I'd love to be able to afford some land (40 acres + would be best) up in the mountains - not the plains in the mountains, but actually IN THE MTNS!
Conservative all the way. - MOSTLY Conservative here. That is, a true conservative, not what the Republican party has turned it into.
Looking forward to getting in some more trigger time than I have gotten in the last few years. -Definitely.

Pleasure to meet you, Ginsue. Very interesting that you retired from the USAF, I almost joined but didn't. I would be retired as well had I joined. [Bang]
Too bad you're down in the Springs, don't get down there often. Hope we bump into each other sometime though.
