ok, I figure out if you keep taking the battery off you can try the pattern more often. So I kept trying and finally figure out the pattern. I got rid of that pattern, picked a new one and this tie DREW IT OUT on paper AND showed my wife. Hopefully this wont happen again. Thanks guys.

At least it's not an iPhone. Pretty sure after a few wrong attempts it just locks you out permanently.

Sorry, I got nothing for you.

Not entirely true. There is a feature that used to erase it but now it locks you out for like an hour. You can set it to either one.

What model phone? There should be an option somewhere to use your google password to bypass. Try swiping up from the bottom or down from the top.

Or this:

Log into your phone ONCE in front of one of your kids and they'll remember it forever, and also tell all the other kids, and then everyone in your house will know how to get into your phone but you. That's assuming you have kids.

Also, one thing that I learned is that once you go to a keycode, password, or swipe pattern, you can't go back to just a simple swipe. Well, you can go back, but you'll have to go into every app on your phone and change the settings to a lower level of security in order to do so. At least that's the way I understood it.
