A Touch Of Industry, LLC / Andrew Kuzmich

Andrew passed away before my form 4 was approved April 2017. His widow said the business was shut down before his death. Now I'm trying to track down my gun.

Does anyone know any dealers he transferred items to in the fall of 2016? Looking for leads.

Im also in touch with the Denver ATF about this.

Any help is much appreciated!

His widow couldnt point you in the right direction?

I have had this conversation with my wife. I told her to check the forums and my website, if I have any outstanding deals or owe money, make it right. I know my wife is very practical and would take care of it.

She replied within a day about the business being closed before his death with no inventory after that.

I replied with the exact firearm I'm looking for and transfer info for the dealer he transferred everyone's NFA items to. Its been 5 days now with no reply.

I had to call the ATF to find out that he had passed away. They told me to find next of kin and call them back if that didn't help. His website and Facebook page haven't been updated.

Ah, small business transition planning ... yet another of my pet peeves in advising my small business clients. [facepalm]

Man that sucks. I just got some Form 4 items back and didn't even consider the possibilities or pain if something happened to my dealer. Good luck and pass on the info to the board. It's always good to have that type of info.

I'm hoping nothing shady went on with the items during the closing of the business.

It's an integrally suppressed cz455 .22 rifle from Thompson machine , so not like a normal form 4. Luckily it's the only thing I ordered.

Thompson Machine has been very helpful and sympathetic. I'd highly recommend their customer service so far.
