I just want to express my appreciation to all of you that are serving in the armed forces of The United States of America.
Thank you.
I also want to say that the sacrifices made by those that have served are appreciated and will always be remembered. We are free today because of their service and sacrifice.
Thank you all, you are in our prayers every night.
Thanks to everyone that makes our country as safe as it can be so that I can focus on other things in my daily life!

Had a chance to pay it back this afternoon as a half-dozen AF Honor Guard came into the restaurant just after I'd ordered my lunch. They were wearing uniforms for Territory Days ... miserable duty IMO made worse by polyester pants and Corfams ... so I had the server quietly put their orders on my bill and then walked out after paying. Hope they enjoyed the surprise.

Very classy indeed.
Today we take a moment to pause and pay special tribute to those valiant men and women who gave their lives in the ultimate sacrifice to guarantee the promises of Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness for us and future generations.
Whether you've served in the U.S. Armed Forces or not, most of us have been touched by the loss of a Servicemember somewhere in our lives. To those many individuals and their loved ones they've left behind, I offer my greatest thanks.

That was a great gesture and I am sure they were so shocked and appreciative.
Well done sir.
