By definition, it's any pistol used to commit an assault.

In Kommifornia, it's a fully automatic high capacity belt fed killing machine glock AR-47 with the shoulder thing that goes up...

I rocked the hub for a few years and this doesn't surprise me.

Prayers of peace to the Families

Gun free zone. Big surprise.

Every ups and fedex facility I've been in have been gun/weapons free zones.

I wish these jackwagons would just reverse the order. Shoot yourself first and then the others that you had a problem with. Don't go away mad, just go away.

Condolences to the families and friends.

Isn't SF a gun free zone?

Next time I order uniforms I hope they have an option for body armor. All kidding aside prayers for the victims and families.

It was a TEC-9, which by definition is a pistol that is an assault weapon in California. Among the most reviled guns in that state and banned for decades. Will be interesting to find out how he got it.

Bah. It was just one more in a long list of laws that he willingly broke. When someone is willing to give up their life to take the lives of others, no legislated "law" will dissuade them.

Agreed. Isn't that what we lawful gun owners have said for decades? Yet CA dems won't let this tragedy go to waste; they'll use it to justify even more infringements on law abiding citizens rights.
