Texas, three more states on California’s banned travel list (http://www.sacbee.com/news/politics-government/the-state-worker/article157688724.html)

California is restricting publicly funded travel to four more states because of recent laws that leaders here view as discriminatory against gay and transgender people.

All totaled, California now bans most state-funded travel to eight states.

They think this is insulting to those states? LOL. I call it a win for those states. The comments are pretty funny.

That's OK. CA is on my list of states for which I have a self-imposed travel ban...not so much because they discriminate, but because it's mostly full of morons, idiots, liberals (I know...redundant) and other undesirables.

The California law includes exemptions for law enforcement officers, tax auditors and training events that are required for grants. California’s tax-collecting Board of Equalization has an office in Houston.

just so long as it doesn't cost CA money.... way to make it meaningless, liberals!

I'm sure most of the "banned" states don't feel bad. Hopefully the political leadership in CA will continue to alienate the state from the rest of the country.

But I'm sure california is upset about Trump's travel bans to terrorist lands? But theirs are ok...within the SAME FRICKIN' COUNTRY?

Traveling to the land of stupid tomorrow morning, for the next week. Simply amazing how the libs took over. Even "conservative" orange county went 51-43 Hillary in November. I saw the warning signs in 1991 when I moved from there to Texas.

OC is conservative. It's just that most conservatives don't see the point in voting in CA anymore. So they don't.

Perhaps. But voter apathy killed their chances years ago. Still amazing how much money is there. Many don't feel squeezed and so it continues to slide to the left.

Most of the state outside of LA and SF is fairly conservative, but if I was registered to vote here, I probably wouldn't for all the same reasons. That being said, I would never be registered to vote in CA. :D
